I am taking 1 minature broodmare,2 show mares and one mini spotty gelding to a minature/registered sales soon and just wanted some advice on how they should be turned out, they are hairy yetti's!!

Clipping isnt really an option but any tips on hows best to produce them for the sale would be fab!!

Thankyou!

did you go to the sale yet ? if these are mini shetlands you dont clip any of them but if theyre mini horses as a general rule you would just present the broodmares clean and tidy , make sure the feet are in good order , perhaps trim the hair from below the jawline , the show mares and spotty should be clipped out , hooves lacquered etc but considering this is a sale and the potential buyers might expect them to live out with no rugs /shelter personally I wouldnt clip those either , sorry thats not much help
