Someone posted in a thread in last few months details of a mindset coach who had really helped them (and their daughter(s) improve their riding confidence.

I made mental note as also interested but was thinking I would self resolve my issues, but a few months later are not much better and I am currently still mainly hacking only with supportive company.

Can anyone either suggest someone that has worked for them. It is specific for me to hacking in open spaces on wet grass or jumping. Or remember the post / thread I am thinking of?

Many thanks

I've had brwt therapy I only had 2 sessions and it definitely helped and am hoping to have a few more soon, I used a lady that has done alot of riding confidence work she does it through a video link her name is Kate Osmaston she has a website and is on Facebook.

This is good to hear as I have just spoken to Kate this morning and have my first session booked in for 2nd April! Fingers firmly crossed.

I just looked her up and saw she's not far away from me at all, as a returning middle aged rider who yet hasn't found my brave pants i could do with some help. Would you recommend her?
Yes! She is honestly the loveliest person, she is a brilliant instructor too. She is great with kids particularly but she does teach and coach a lot of adults (she coaches all sports not just horseriding). I would have a chat with her and see if you like he sound of her...she's so kind and patient and she had loads of brilliant tips for my daughter. She had 6 sessions with her online x

It was Kate that the thread a few months ago was about, I think. She does seem to be very good.
