We had a professional photographer at the last day of Pony Week this year. These were my first ever professional pics!

They are lovely pictures, and i was happy to pay for them, except it will be three weeks this saturday that I ordered them!

Rang up last Monday (the 6th September), Lady said they were on her desk and would be posted tomorrow.

Since then, have left two messages on the landline, and one on the mobile and no response!

Am quite peeved tbh, I paid £22 for the print and the keyring with two pics on it - not cheap!

Not sure if there is anything I can do bar keep on phoning...

Oh, and I paid with Paypal, and the money was accepted.

A grumpy TG xx

How disappointing. At the very least they should apologise and say exactly WHEN the photos will be ready. Sound like they will be worth the wait though - don't forget to post some will you?

How annoying. All you can do is keep phoning and complaining. :(
The photos are fab though :) just a shame about the rubbish service. :(
Have you told the organiser of Pony Week about the trouble you've been having. Maybe they could have a word for you aswell. Or atleast then they would know not to use that photographer again.
I hope you get it sorted soon.

My fiance's a prof photographer - if you want lovely photos that actually arrive on time! (not that yours aren't lovely, I just wanted to shamelessly plug him since he's just stood around for 2 hours in the freezing wind to watch my lesson)

Erm, I know you are disappointed not to have received them yet but posting the professional proofs on here is a little bit harsh for the photographer in question. Its hard enough to make money as a photographer and a site such as this quickly affects the reputation of the said photographer.

It is also quite likely they would have something about taking up to 28 days to deliver in their small print as if they only have a couple of orders a week they would want to wait for the rest to come in to make it more cost effective, especially as the event they went to the trouble of attending was small and would probably not have covered the costs of attending in the first place.

I just wouldnt have mentioned who the company was, thats all.

What a lovely fiance!

Have edited the pictures out now.

Was just quite annoyed, as the T&Cs said nothing about 28 days postage and everything is apparently sent out first class.

having said that above - had a quick look at their site and couldnt see anything about how long they take to dispatch photos so fair enough about being annoyed! I would also be emailing/phoning them if not received by friday.

Hope you get them soon

Update:

Have just got off the phone with the photographers, apparently they should by any luck be with me tomorrow, as they were posted first class. Finger crossed!

Didnt mean to be horrid to them at all, they are lovely people, talented, just a bit unlucky with post times I guess!
