minster saddlery or saddleworld????

I am going to get my ID fitted for a new saddle as he has very high withers and prominent spine due to muscle wastage.
I have the above numbers to call but wondered if anyone had any suggestions for sadddle fitters in essex area or have dealt with the above??

Have dealt with saddleworld, initital impressions were good - first fitting was fine, however follow up checks weren't satisfactory and my mare ended up with a lot of back pain from a saddle that they kept saying didn't need altering - well they were right it didn't need altering, it needed binning as it was nowhere near fitting her.

I wouldnt use saddleworld again. But know many people who do succesfully.
