Yes I had a made to measure saddle from them, it was ok seemed to fit the horse but felt very wide to ride in so i found it difficult to school in. Sold the horse with the saddle when the person who bought the horse came out hunting one day I noticed she had changed the saddle ! but didnt think to ask at the time why she had done so. I dealt with the father Keith I think
I bought 2 made to measure saddles from them in 2008, used them for a few months before getting the fit checked by an independent saddler as I was not happy, they were so scathing about them I wanted to put them in the bin...
I told them for a fraction of the cost on ebay and bought HM treeless Vogue's. An expensive error!
I had a saddle from them on my old mare and had to have it repaired so many times with the same issue. Saddle wasn't particulary hard wearing and the surface on the seat went very shiny with no grip so staying in the plate was interesting. Would much prefer a second hand named saddle as such as opposed to one of these.
minster saddlery are not sms qualified saddle fitters. .there is bad saddler fitters but these are really bad.i would never recomend them as saddle fitters.my horse had sores all over his back and shoulders inside a month of minster fitting a saddle to my horse.they would not even come down to see what was wrong
