Mirrors for Training - anyone had any dealings?

Hi, has anyone had any dealings with Mirrors for Training from West Midlands? I have had 3 mirrors on order for 11 days now and payment has been taken, but to date the mirrors have not been received! I have phoned them and they have given various excuses so I am now feeling a bit concerned as you can imagine. Any help would be appreciated.
 
Yes they have arrived and very nice they look too!
Apparently they lost me in the system? They then left me a message, but I dont know where as I havent got an answer phone service on my mobile!
Eventually they arrived on 2nd November, but I had paid for them on 19 October.
Apart from the delivery mess up I cant fault them, they do phone you back or send a text message so please dont not use them because of my blip.
