Misalliance injection

My slapper of a terrier bitch had to have misalliance injections on 3/4 December - she is only 8 months old and way too young for her first litter! However today I have noticed that her teats seem a little bit hard and slightly swollen. I was warned by the vet that the injections aren't foolproof, but does anyone know if this is an ominous sign?

I had exactly the same at the end of September, and my bitch did the same as yours. I paniced and took her to the vets, but he said that it was pretty normal - no puppies appeared!! You could take her to the vet if worried just to check.

Thanks Marnie! I thought it might just be a reaction to the jab, and I'll phone the vet on Monday. Love the dogs in your signature by the way x
