misrepresented horse returned!!!!!!!!!

thankyou to everyone that gave me advice about a horse we bought that was not as advertised.

He has been returned with full refund a day out of going to court.

Anyone buying a horse I recommend you insure against being conned. We claimed via house insurance and throughly recommend having this insurance against legal claims.

im interested too, nearly got conned 5 weeks ago, cost enough in vetting etc and was awful but lucky i guess we realised sooner rather than later.
