This office was asked at the beginning of last year to assist a lady who stated that she had lost contact with the above two equines. Her story has always been consistent and we therefore have felt no reason to disbelieve her. There has recently been the typical dirty washing condemning and then found guilty by Facebook jury by people who are unqualified to make such decisions. If the owner does have a case she has the right to take the matter to a civil court and for a higher authority to make a decision. There has been in the last few days, two claimants hidden behind emails and withheld phone calls to state they have the horse but they will not come forward and communicate. So therefore the owner still has a right to believe her property is still missing. Could we have some genuine support for somebody who has lost her equines and is deeply distraught.

If you have an E-mail address then the contact details of the people that originally set up the E-mail address can be obtained and from that the users contact details obtained. This should lead you to the people that claim to be in possession of the horse and donkey.

Were these the ones missing in Cornwall? I remember the owner trying to locate them. Every day and in every way I'm so glad I have nothing to do with Faceache.

Has this been tried?

Does anyone know the story of these lost equines? The above doesn't tell you much. Were they on loan or just stolen?

I tried to find out more via Google but all I found out is they weren't passported. Anyone know why?

Two previous threads--as I understand it owner had to leave Cornwall and these 2 were left with a friend who put them into a livery yard.
Horses were sold on to pay debt but owner never informed

The donkey has been on TV/films

Please just accept that nothing can be sorted properly until we know where they are and then perhaps get to the bottom of the story.

Thanks for the link, I hadn't seen the previous thread. I wasn't meaning to sound critical by asking. I just wondered what the story was. :)

Plus, my question did at least bump it back up. :)

Sorry FionaM12
Just the owner got a lot of hassle on FB and the group/page was closed
So if these two can be found first then sort out the financial side later--if it needs sorting.

The equines need locating as we have been told Arawin is alive and well but the person who has him will not give us details, hard for both parties involved but a situation that needs resolving.

I do hope both are alive and well and someone here recognises them.
