Mmm. . .what are you wearing right now?

Leggings, jods, thick socks, vest top, long sleeve top, woolly jumper, t-shirt (took this off to ride in), hoodie and a body warmer.
Sexy 'eh?!

Well, I wore:

- long sleeved T-shirt, woollen polo-neck jumper, hubby's knitted v warm jumper on top, then body warmer + waterproof jacket.
- thick leggings + suede full chaps.
- gloves (magic ones then good hands fleece ones as the first set got wet)
- Mudruckers + warm socks

Was just warm enough!

Now I feel like a right wimp :o
I had two t-shirts, a knitted jumper, another jumper, an amazing fleece thats lined with fur stuff thats super thick jumper, my duvet like joules gilet and my coat on top half and leggins, jods, normal socks, ski socks and then my mountain horse winter boots on bottom half. Oh and a buff and seal skins gloves :o. I looked like a mitchelin man but I froze with less on yesterday so I wrapped up more today and was normal temprature, yes I do have a problem with the cold though :(.

Well.... last time I rode I wore:

Thin breeches with long socks, short boots and half chaps. On top was a cotton long sleeve shirt with the sleeves rolled up, and gloves.

It was 30 degrees C and humid! :p

i rode two and wore, a pair of thin derby house breeches, thin top, woolen small(shrunken :/) jumper, and i shower proof coat, then my ariats :) was too warm i shouldn't be thou its december :')

I wore:
A long primark baselayer tshirt
team GBR polo shirt over the top
hoody
puffa-esque waistcoat
hi vis coat
neck warmer
riding hat
jods
full chaps
jod boots
two pairs of socks
sealskinz gloves
horse was wearing exercise sheet

It was snowing and windy - horrid

And I have Raynauds so cold is a massive problem for me!

Let's see.

Top half: nylon cami, fleece thingy, cotton turtleneck, new warm red hoody. Had a wind-proof jacket on at the yard, but took it off for riding (combination of heat/vanity). Roeckl winter gloves. Felt very puffy with the layers of fleeciness!
Bottom half: ye olde Pikeur winter fabric breeches (into their 4th winter; getting another pair, yay!), wooly socks (light blue, if that's relevant!), Equitector short boots (still working as advertised; feet were warm enough), and half-chaps.

I was fine for the first hour or so of the ride, but then I got blimmin' cold! Pony, on the other hand, was hot. Once I got back, I restored the wind-proof jacket, and imbibed hot chocolate while the pony dealt with the contents of his blue bucket. I need to get another winter riding jacket.

Pony and me today:
