first of all..... hi! i've never posted in here but i really need your help!

as a uni project we are running our own showjumping comps, we have to organise everything including a catering van for the day.

i took on the role of finding a suitable caterer and the internet has been close to useless for me! and im not from the area so have very little local knowledge or contacts

so.... do any of you from nottinghamshire have any contacts for catering vans that serve hot food and drinks? or know anywhere i can find some1 who has a clue where to look??

the group i am working within decided to aim for a healthy food option (ie jacket potatoes over hot dogs!) but so far im having no luck and its really driving me potty!

thank you all for reading!

munchies were at hykeham rc recently and brackenhurst always have caterers so try either of those? Also rearsby lodge rc had a decent caterer at their xc a few weeks ago. If you google them and give them a call they should give you the caterers number

Niffty Nibbles really nice man.
Theres one that Jumpcross use as well they are decent people with
lovely food.
If you ring Grange Farm they will give you the number.

Theres a woman locally (South Notts - Brackenhurst isn't far) who does some catering. She uses locally sourced meat, dairy products from Lubcloud etc. Will see if the van is parked outside her house if you want. It does tend to be burgers/sasuages/bacon, but all locally reared and slaughtered produce.
