Mobile Livery Fees?

Hello, can anyone advise what the going rate is for mobile livery? We need someone to come to our private yard and look after 3 to 4 horses for holiday cover. How much should we expect to pay? We’ve previously had our horses on busy yards with plenty of ‘on hand’ cover. Thanks

Hi, bit of a delayed response. I put a wanted post on FB to find someone local to look after my ponies whilst I’m away. The prices varied but on average I would say I was paying between £15 - £20 per pony per day for two visits and all jobs such as turning in and out, mucking out and poo picking the field. Unfortunately I did struggle to find someone reliable (the most reliable person I found moved house so my yard was too far for her to travel). I take them to a different yard for livery now as it’s a lot less stressful - they go to Three Ravens Natural Boarding in Todmorden, which is a fantastic yard and works out at £15 per night per horse on full livery.
