I opened my statement and found they had charged me for my itemised billing which I have never paid before, on phoning up Vodafone I asked why and they said it was for "environmental reasons" in which I told them to cancel and refund the charge. I told my friend who then phoned up Vodafone and said "i've heard a malcious rumour that your company has charged certain people for billing" to which he got a reply of "we've done it to everyone".

So just a heads up - check your monthly statement and get your itemised billing stopped and a refund given! It's not just Vodafone either... Cheeky gits trying to get MORE money out of us

what annoys me most is you take out a apparently cheap contract on a longer term to get a better deal then 3 months down the line it has changed and even cheaper. i pay £100 per month for unlimited calls and texts with orange and yet tesco advertised the other day that they are doing the same for £30!!!!!
and is it me or do you all think reception is getting worse.im sure they wait untill im on a important call then just cut of signal!ha. when we used to have the old phones with arial they seemed much better,i just cant understand how you can have full signal then for a few hunderd yards have none then have full again on a flat road.... they drive me insane

what do you expect when what you are buying is in effect just air?!?!?!?
Mobiles are a massive rip off!!! i have 2 contract phones, both on different networks, the bills always come in over what they should be and i keep having to be credited!!!

My mate was wondering why her bill was £60 instead of £30 a month so i suggested she ring up and ask why, she then found out every delivery report has been charged at 1p!! So they are not included in the free unlimited messages!! what a con!!!!
