Currently feeding forage plus but they are leaving their feeds, tried mint and other nice things so looking for an alternative

Has to be molasses & alfalfa free - seen the blue chip native balance but it’s £ in my opinion compared to similar pelleted balancers. Any recommendations?
Currently fed a small amount of thunderbrooks grass nuts and on ok grazing and hay
Can be powder or pelleted

Thank you :)

I've not tried it but when researching options recently I came across Castle Horse Feeds. They have a pelleted balancer which is molasses and alfalfa free and I thought the spec looked okay. It's called Smart Balancer. Could be worth a go to see if they like it?

I think the Thunderbrooks balancer is molasses free too isn't it?

I’ve been looking at thunderbrooks one

I do like forage plus but don’t want to have to feed lots of extras just so they eat it. Neither are fussy but don’t like the feeds since I’ve added this I’ve built up slowly but at half the dose they aren’t enjoying it

Honestly Equimins should start giving me commission. Equimins advance complete is the best one as far as I’m concerned, in terms of spec and price. Just add to feed and you are good to go. Some can be a bit fussy with it, mine never has been. I use the powder and just put a scoop a day into hifi molasses free, for a laminitic/Cushings pony.

Progressive Earth Pro Balance

I think I'm the only poster who isnt a fan of equimmins! It made 2 of my horses unwell back in 2015 and when I contacted them and send samples they dismissed it completely. I sid try it again last year after all the hype in here but coulsnt get over my mistrust and it didnt make any positive changes to my lot in any way. I've tried lots of different supps but always go back to Pro Earth

I used Pro Earth for years but swapped to Equimins a year ago with no problems. Primarily because local feed shop stocks it.

I use castle horse Feeds smart balance the only pelleted balancer I could find that wasn't full of crap.
I had previously tried equimins and a bespoke supplement from feedmark but my boy isn't a fan of powders and was leaving his feed so I just felt like I was chucking money away.
He licks his bowl clean now though and I find the bag lasts a good month.
