Just wondering if anyone has the nutritional info for Mole Valley's own brand Quick Soak Fibre? There's nothing useful on the bag or on their website! I'll email them, but thought the forum might come up trumps first!

you have to e mail them. I did about a different product and got a reply. I suggested they put a detailed analysis on the bag as horse people required this.

I think with budget products like this they don't like to print the info on the bags as I suspect they change the formulation according to what ingredients are cheapest/more easily available, which would mean reprinting the bags. Plus I imagine the cost of analysing anything more than is required by statutory regulations also pushes the cost up.

Nutritional Additives/kgVitamins: 3a672a Vitamin A 10,000 IU; 3a671 Vitamin D3, 1,500 IU, 3a700 Vitamin E, 200 IU.Trace elements: Iodine, 0.3mg (from 3b202 Calcium iodate anhydrous), Copper, 30mg from 3b405Copper (II) sulphate pentahydrate); Manganese, 10 mg (from 3b502 Manganese (II) oxide); Zinc50mg (from 3b603 Zinc oxide), Selenium 0.2 mg (from 3b801 Sodium selenite).

ANALYTICAL CONSTITUENTS
Crude oil & fats, 4.0%; Crude Protein,9.5%; Crude Fibre, 24.0%; Crude Ash, 8.0%; Sodium,0.5%.

Annoying they do not give starch but guessing its over 8% and don't give DE which is pretty much what I use.
