Yes I did on my 16.3hh Hannoverian Gelding... he was quite stressy and spooky when I first got him.... he was fine on it... definately helped.....it has magnesium in it which is good.....

Hi yes we feed it to my daughters sj pony which is typically very fizzy and stressy, we have found a slight change with the mare, nothing fantastic but def abit more chilled, even though it says its a complete feed we still feed another non heating feed with it.

I fed it to my mare in the Summer and didn't notice any change. I now add Magnitude to her feed and that does make a difference, when she was being a fussy during the cold spell I stopped it and she was a pain in the proverbial so put her back in it and fine again. A small tub lasts 6months and only costs £18.99 so bargain imo and is easier as can add it to any feed

Sounds promising...don't want to feed my youngster any hard feed as he's not in work at the moment and has more than enough energy! I want to try a calmer as he gets a bit stressy sometimes, but don't want to have to give him feed to mix it in with if that makes sense? Silly question, but I assume there is nothing in the Mollichaff Calmer that provides further energy, or is it really just plain chaff with magnesium in it? Prob need to read the link myself....

I think it has bits in it as well as the chaff if I remember correctly as it's a complete feed, but could be totally wrong!

Might be easier to buy regular chaff and add something like magnitude to it if that's the case

He won't eat it :-(

We feed most of ours this - except Blitz who is on rocket fuel!

Everything eats it and seem to do really well on it. Definitely more chilled - especially Finn (could be down to my increasing weight though making him physucally unable to spook

I have recently switched my 6 year old Hanoverian to this and top up with half dose Equimins balancer and some speedibeet. Previously she was on Bailey's perf. Balancer and hifi lite pkus Steady Up but was quite spooky and extremely sharp on occasion despite being a darling most of the time. Since switching she is noticeably improved. Whilst still 80% her sane self, the 20% extreme overreaction stuff has stopped completely.

Plus she loves it.

mine is quite a good doer but needs a bit more energy for his work load so he has the calmer chaff and allen and page cool and collected with it. You can feed the molichaff calmer on it's own though as a complete feed according to the bag.
