monitoring a dogs water intake

hi everyone,
Need some help please my oldest dog (who i posted about before) needs to have his drinking monitored which sounds simple, but I have 3 of them and go to work in the day....

Would you be able to put up a baby gate between them, that way they'll see each other so not be stressed but you'll still be able to monitor the water of the older dog.

tahnk u, good idea, i will give it a try just worried my 2yr old will jump over it tho but wont hurt to try
