Monmouth - have they ballotted?

Anyone know if Monmouth have ballotted? I hadn't got a sticker to put on so took a chance - the website they use is rubbish, hasn't even got a list of entries on yet, so not sure what is happening!

They are still accepting in Novice so I doubt they have balloted.

There's a waiting list for PN apparently, my friend is on it. Not sure how big tho, she's gonna ring on Mon.
