hellloooooo :D :D

do update us on what you have been doing :D

you know we all got excited thinking you had come back ages ago then discovered it was an old thread that got bumped back up :( ;)

HELLLLOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :D

I'm back....for now! I have just finished my first year of hell (aka accelerated Veterinary Medicine) and found out yesterday that I have passed so I actually have a bit of time to come on H&H :)

Sooooooo, an update:

Last time I was on here I was just about to start school and Zoom was heading off to france I believe. She travelled really well and came off the lorry looking fab only to then completely freak out about the dangerous creature that was sharing her new field. The source of terror was Nutella the donkey. Zoom has ridden round the one way system in Richmond, London without batting an eyelid but apparently donkeys are really scary

She settled really well and I stayed for two weeks to check she was ok. The 13yo girl who is riding her clicked with her straight away and although it was very VERY hard leaving her, I knew she would be ok. She has been doing pony club and behaving very well, flirting with her boyfriend Oscar the cob and glaring at Nutella and is loving the life over there with her grandma.

The next big news is......ZOOM IS PREGNANT! :D

The girl loves her but also loves boys and makeup so I was worried she may lose interest. I have been thinking of putting her in foal for a while so we toddled up to the Haras National at St Lo and picked out a beautiful SF stallion for her called 'Norway de la Lande'. We got to go and meet him at his rider's yard and he is such a lovely laid back chap so I am very excited about my mini-Zoom :D (videos of him on youtube if anyone wants to see him).

As for me, I've been studying my arse off and doing no riding apart from the odd trip over to France to see Zoomy. I am pleased we took her over there though since my mum looks after her beautifully and I am rushed off my feet with placements and revision.

So, i shall now chain myself to the computer (in between milkings as I'm on a dairy placement atm) and catch up with what you lot have been doing!!!!

:D yay all sounds fab, if rather hard work and well done for passing.

is it not a well known fact that donkey's eat zooms for brekkie?

ooh mini zoom :D :D :D

Yay i'm glad I trawled back through the pages now. :D
I was wondering how you were getting on the other day. Well done on your first year :) and wow a minni zoomy Can't wait to see that. Glad she settled in well.
