Not sure - sadly he was put down yesterday.

That is very sad news. There have been so many great horses lost this year.

I think he was quite old wasn't he? 16 plus? Or was he even 18?

very sad, he was a cracking horse. such a shame he had the 'hitting a wall' problem (i think it was traced to ulcers after he'd been retired from 3-days), i always thought he could have won 4*s.

RIP Moon Man. He was such a consistent horse and it was a shame he never had an amazing career at 4*.

William and moon man came to my college and i had the privalage of meeting him and his horses moon man was every1s favourite
im really sad to hear that he had to be put down
itz a hard thing to lose a horse to this i no for myself been as our big 17hh died of the same thing

my sympathy is with william at this time of his loss
