Thought I would try again. Does anyone have any offspring by Moonshine Pharo, only interested because of his breeding, NOT his colour. The info is out of date,

- Moonshine Pharo is the other new addition to the stud this season is a cremello stallion by Moonshine Vision - he is three years old and will mature to 16.2 - he has been DNA tested to produce duns(from bays) and palominos (from chestnuts).

He has huge movement and will come out to do the four year old dressage young horse classes next year. Pharo's first foal was born in May to a Jumbo mare

He does not appear to have done anything, any reason? It would be nice to see some offspring from TB mares. PM me if it helps, but he is the only stallion I can find that traces to Ombre Solaire as the only other one has since been gelded.

Hey Magic

He is broken but not been to any parties.... there are some super youngsters by him. The stud has retained a yearling colt by him which is beautiful.....once I get past it being yellow!

What I can tell is regardless of what colour the progeny are the movement is fab.

We have a big hanno x mare here for a friend which is due to him next year. I think the reason he has not come out is just becuase it is so expensive to compete them and with 3 Advanced stallions on the road it is very costly. Hence Free Spirit has not done much either. If you email the stud I am sure Carolyn will send you a DVD clip of him under saddle and some piccies of offspring.

Thank you for the info. I was interested to to also find out what the mare owners had in mind when they used him, ie trying to breed an eventer, dressage horse. I have not seen a video of him jumping. It is a long way to visit, but at the moment he is not doing it for me on paper. I think he might suit the mare, the offspring would be a PBA, so that opens up those classes for showing. If it wasnt for the fact he has Ombre Solaire in his breeding, I probably would not be looking at him. Though the link Zulu put up of the offspring has been a great help.
