Moral support- first show in years.....

Yes, actually going to do it!!! Had my lad 4 years, after a long break from horses for career/hubby/babies etc - was a complete wreck when i 'rescued' him (paid a skanking dealer for the priviledge!!) - back/teeth/feet all sorted, going fine, then broke leg - nowmended and fit and well and going great, looks great - HOWEVER he can be a complete *rs* when excited - prancing, tail in air - dancing around etc - BUT I'm just so proud at how hes turned out after everything weve been through I just have to show him off- hence my recent posts about my plaiting traumas ( got that cracked, BTW) - but I'm just really nervous even though its only a local show at a neighbouring livery yard, don't even have to go on a road to get there... I'm ok at first ridden/lead rein with my daughter, but actually being there myself...pooing myself frankly!!!

Rosette of any colour would be nice, just not to make a prat of myself even better - I could always back out and bask in the glory of my daughter and her massively cute shettie who always comes home covered in rosettes....

Good luck Poppymoo, I always think that just being at a show in all your finery is great regardless of winning rosette or not! Im sure that you will be fab! lets us know how you get on, you will do great!
