More 5* entries - Pau and Maryland

Horse and Country Facebook page ambiguously led me to believe I could watch the dressage today but it wasn’t on there. Luckily the live scoring was very efficient. H&C are now saying they are showing the XC tomorrow, they better be right! 😡
Welldone the judges today with a marathon sitting.

Brilliant day of dressage today- seriously high quality throughout. Stand outs for me were Corimiro (another year of strength and he will be challenging for the lead), It’s Cooley Time (another super young horse), Jesse Campbell for the huge improvement and good old Ballaghmor Class for just looking amazing at 18.

We filmed the top few tests which will be in a short vlog tonight if anyone wants to see it
Thanks for the vlog. It was great being able to compare the top 4 one after another like that. Jarillo is a stunning looking boy and Ballaghmor Class is just class!

Glad you liked it! Jarillo was not looking too convincing in his first warm up a couple of hours before the test- he had a LOT of energy and Tim worked him over poles to just let him get some of it out which was really interesting to see. I thought he presented him beautifully in the test.
And what a privilege to see Ballaghmor Class. He was just presented to gain every single mark. What a legend!
Really looking forward to Xc today- we will film a bit again and try to get something out later with some of the main combinations

I don't think they are! It's Pau TV or nothing.
I can't see anything on their FB, and there's nothing on the website. It does come up as an option if you google, but it's from last year's event as the dates don't match up (24-28th Oct not 23-26th).

I think it was one of those half stride distances and she went for the long one, but the horse didn't really still have that in the tank.
