KALLIE, I am more than happy to post a photo of my horse. This is Tom aka Nemiscam Park. He will be 23 on the 3rd of July, he is by Sobrino Grande and out of Goldrush Polly.-I bred him. Please allow for the fact that he has only 3/4s of one lung left so he is not his usual self. Please, feel free to pull his confo apart, he isnt perfect although hes not far from it-unlike the sad soul in the advert. Mairi.
PS, Tom has never had a days lameness in his life and he is 150 per cent sound of character. Bunny hugging apart, which would you rather spend 1,500 euros (circa £1,500 sterling) on?

yes youre right - not perfect at all, but I'm sure you get lots of pleasure from him and you love him and thats the main thing. Conformation is all relative to what you want the animal for. As for looks well its all in the eye of the beholder. I didnt mean to cause any offence - just felt sorry for the poor thing.

Bloody hell, he looks amazing for 23 and I really cannot see what conformation faults are glaringly obvious to you! You call yourself a horse lover and you feel sorry for the horse in the pics, but it is far kinder NOT to breed badly conformed horses, or allow them to live and be ridden, as you will ultimately hurt them through kindness - bad conformation kills, end of.

As for the advertised horse, I will bet he is only still alive because he is coloured and unusual

He is never going to make a decently conformed horse, very sad.

No, I understand perfectly. You think Mairi is cruel for saying a horse is ugly, because you believe all horses are beautiful. If one of your friends said a bloke was unattractive, does that make them cruel? You are also infantile enough to want to 'get back' at Mairi and criticize her horses' appearances... That makes you petty as well as a hypocrite. You can't even come up with a good counter-argument that doesn't involve exactly the same attitude that disgusts you in Mairi.
Mairi was not being cruel about the horse. He IS ugly but that's not his fault, she was ranting about the irresponsible IDIOTS who bred him because he does NOT have a positive outlook ahead of him.
But you go ahead and ignore everything I said in this post, just as you ignored everything I said in the last post, just so you can get the last word
