While St Gallen is the main SJ event running, there is a 4* in Holland where Geoff Billington, Ellen, Michael & William Whitaker and Tim Gredley are jumping: http://www.outdoorgelderland.nl/en/; a 4* in Portugal at which Graham Lovegrove, Sophie Tobin, David McPherson, Laura Renwick & Philip Spivey are jumping: http://www.csivimeiro.com/uk/concursos.php?status=0&concurso_id=28&temp_id=205; and a Dutch CSI-P/J/Y at which we have teams in each category (pony team won yesterday's Nations Cup: http://www.eschruiters.nl/index/75/67/Uitslagen-/-Results.html

Anyone know about the performance of our team in St Gallen yesterday, I know they finished fifth, but there was a bit of excitement in the first round for team GB?Its not on Eurosport yet, so I have to ask .

in first round i think ben n pete clear rob had 8 faults n nick eliminated as fell of in combination... cant remem second round x

Skelly went 1st for the team, which is how he likes it. Nemo nearly dropped his legs in the middle of the oxer at 3, nearly stopped at 6a but took off at the last moment and inevitably had it down and then, not surprisingly stopped at the second part, shooting Skelly to the ground. Robert's Vangelis brought down the planks at 8 and 10B which was the bogey fence of the class. Peter with Pom d'Ami and Ben with Robin Hood W produced good clears. Nemo went much better in the 2nd hitting fence 4, a vertical on a dogleg to the water and picking up a time fault. I always like to see a horse going better 2nd time. Vangelis S went clear, Pom d'Ami had 7, the only fence he touched in either round as far as I could see, and Robin Hood W was one of 6 horses to go double clear.
