Hello, in the recent heat I have been riding more in t-shirts and my boobs bounce so much when I ride, this I can imagine isn't good for them and also, I make videos and I really can't post any of the recent footage. I wear a sports bra and it doesnt seem to do anything. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Yep, good quality, properly fitted sports bra with a strappy top over it then wear something loose fitting like a big polo over the top. Can be a real pain in the summer when you dont want to be wearing 50 layers just to stay balanced - the lengths we go to eh!?

Get a better sports bra.

You shouldn't need more than one, if you do then either your sports bra is rubbish or it doesn't fit. I use a Freya sports active for my enormous knockers, try a fitting at bravissimo or less bounce. But don't get an underwired one, they can be dangerous in a fall.

You need to measure properly (not at m&s)
Measure under bust tightly - this is your band size, although sports bras are notoriously small in the band so you may need to go up 2 inches to the next band
Take off bra, lean forward and measure loosely over bust
Difference between the 2 measurements gives your cup size. 1 inch = A, 2 inch = B and so on. Don't forget double cup sizes!
I have fitted people on here before so PM if anyone needs help :)

I'm a 34 GG/H, the shock absorber bra is the only one I'll ever wear now. They don't move! I run and cycle in it too and have used it in triathalons and had minimal movement.

SHOW OFF I tuck mine in me jods !!! No really a good sports bra,and for ass comfort I've discovered boxers ( no seam no chafe) xx
