This seems like a huge number of classes and rings, many of which appear to be duplicates of each other e.g. rings 3 & 4. Are you really going to have the space, helpers, judges, equipment and entrants for this number of rings?

Your show-jumping classes should have some heights e.g. 2'6", 2'9", otherwise people won't know which class to enter.

A popular class at our riding club is the in hand "cob type" open to traditional hairys and clipped and hogged always a good entry to this class. But the schedule looks really good.

What kind of a show is this? What kind of turnout (numbers) are you expecting, & what size is your venue? This is a very comprehensive schedule. If I tell you that at a six ring show that I run, three well supported WH classes take about four hours to judge I think you'll realise that your 10 / 11 WH classes may be asking a lot of your judge......The six ring show takes up all of a flat 8 acre field, with the parking filling up a neighbouring field of about 5 acres.
If you tell me a bit more ablout your show I'll try & help you a bit, but you are looking at about £1000 just for rosettes, never mind medals & trophies!! With regard to the cost of putting on a show of thos size I can see you've got some sponsorship, but for a show of the size you seem to be planning I would think you're looking at at least two ambulances on site (£300+) ,about £300 for insurance, & at least six toilets @ about £50 each.
A lot of your classes seem to be for very novice horses / riders. To be honest a show of this size just isn't a suitable starting point for them. I think you'd be better looking a running a series of smaller shows rather than one gigantic one.
Can I ask if you've ever run a show before?
Apologies if I sound a bit negative........it is just such a huge schedule!!
