As promised I took a few pics of Tia's field today! She is very much enjoying all the grass to eat and is resembling a coloured hippo still! Hope everyones snow is thawing!

Thanks! Well she has a 1 acre individual paddock to herself. I sectioned it in half and last weekend I put her in her long part as she ate down her other half so there is barely any grass left there! And when it was wet she carved it up so it froze and rutted. I was trying to keep it till January.

No not much. The ground was thawing out a bit today so the track was starting to get a little muddy. Longer grass helps stop them carving up the ground too!
 
Hm. Let's just say our yard today was white. The ground was white. The view was white. The roads were white. Couldn't see the horses in the field, but am assuming they weren't white

. Moved yards to use a menage. The menage is frozen, and we can't hack out as v. busy roads and none of the horses have been out in traffic for some months, and Dizzy especially is not fit enough to be out and about for very long at all.

JB - take a piccy of the grass and have it framed m'thinks

piccies just made me smile as i realised tia used to be opposite my pony (bailey, v annoying!!) she looks great and OMG i miss that yard our school is under bog and a lake and some snow and frozen! she looks great hows she doing?x
