It is worrying the way we have to knuckle down to whatever the EU decides. There is a quote in there that rabies is rare and there is little threat, isn't it likely that it is rare because of all the controls and without blood tests etc it is quite likely it will becoming more prevalent again. I remember when there was rabies scare in Camberley, it was frightening.
