Thank you everyone, its taken time to establish the brood mare herd but I think we are getting there. I have a soft sport for coloureds too Claire it's always a delight when the little ones arrive with splodges on them but have had a few cracking non splodgey ones too over the years.

Your mares are stunning. As you say the mares are so important, too many people breed from inferior mares, the stallion can't perform miracles. have you any pics of your stallions?

Thanks Anastacia, was very impressed with the outcome of those too! Viona has developed nicely although a bit on the heavy side, rather that than too lightwieght going into the long winter ahead.
