my season isnt going well
anywho is it a nice 1st pn?
anyone else going?

i did it as a horse's first PN a couple of years ago, iirc. he was very spooky and coped fine with it, nothing horrid at all. spookyish dog-kennel (little house thing) was the worst thing, and that just needed a good kick on at. hope that helps a bit.
if you're maybe considering Keysoe PN (even though i know it's miles and miles from wales) you can view all the fences online on their website. just an idea.

thanks
he is fine, its just me
he has done loads of novices and jrn's, he is teaching me
i was looking at keysoe but it would be about 7 and a half hours away

Moreton Morrell's lovely, I did my first Intro there and this year did the Pre-Novice as my 2nd event of the year. Am now entered for my 2nd Novice event there. SJ is probably slightly more technical than some, but on a surface, xc is lovely, very flowing but lots of different fences, banks, ditch, open bits, twisty bits, through the woods bits.

thanks, good luck!
i might see you there
showjumping not a problem im just a big scardy cat when it when it comes to xc
he he
is the xc big?

You'll be fine at MM. I'm highly neurotic and a scaredy cat as well but was pleasantly surprised when I walked it in May, my friend was competing there. Its not big and not over complicated so an ideal 1st run. I'm off to Keysoe for my first PN of the 'short' season!!! I knw what you mean about all the travelling, I used to live in south wales and felt like I was constantly crossing the bridge!!! Good luck
