I have noticed increasing amount of moss growing in my paddocks - even the ones that have been rested over the winter (and garden too!!)

Any ideas why, and what I can do about it?

Harrow,areorate with slitter or treat with sulphate of iron which can be applied in gran or liquid but is very exspensive. Once grass gets growing it will be less noticed
