We don't usually take donkeys since they have their own sanctuary nearby but it's full and his companion died so he was lonely.
He has a HUGE crest/lump along his neck that hangs to the side, you can see on the photos. The vet says it's a fatty tumour so he'll get an operation to remove that.
He should feel so much better then, it is so heavy
But has anyone had any experience with anything like this? He's such a friendly chap I just hope it will be quite a simple "chop it off" operation although I'd imagine it will leave quite a big scar?
