My beautiful Gusto Upstart, a total gentleman, yesterday we qualified for Novice Riding Horse at the NZ Horse of the Year Show. He just gets better with every outing. This photo has inspired me to lose weight, pretty awful how fat I have got!

She had her first day out naked yesterday, and wasn't impressed! I can't wait until we move to the summer fields and out of the mud, and I can chop off all that manky feather.

I had this genius idea this morning! I would turn him out naked in the pitch black darkness before work so I couldn't see what colour he turned into! It would be a surprise when I got home. And a surprise it was! He is no where near as minging as I expected him to be!
