Most ridiculous scary thing....

Hummm, I can't think of anything my girls are scared of....

I did have a horse once though who hugely freaked out the first time he saw a dalmation! Which was odd, as he was generally totally dog proof, but clearly a spotted dog was something else

lambs!! dangerous vicious horse eating trolls!!!! yesterday we go past a herd of tractors a digger and a bus, but the lambs........that was interesting to say the least!!

Mine is scared of people with rucksacks on their backs. Rucksacks on own are fine, people on own are fine, but the combination of the two is, apparently, terrifying!

Mine is totally bombproof for everything except funny shaped logs?! I have NO idea what thats about, altho i suspect he is mostly being silly, because last time he went through a silly phase he pretended to be terrified of red cars (very specific and apparently horses aren't colour blind)!

We have one on the riding school who is scared of the mounting block by the entrance to the school. Despite trotting past it probably at least 100times a day he ALWAYS has to have a little look at it "just in case" today is the day that it awakens from its suspisious yellow slumber and leaps up to attack him.

Although to be honest if the muppets that get on his back from that mounting block got on mine, I'd be bloody scared of it too

Our old Clydesdalex was absolutely bomb proof, you could have ridden her on the hard shoulder of the motor way, but she nearly walked over a mini to avoid a bull who was a field away, but he was looking at her

The same mare was also frightened of a post box on a stick and logs in the school playground. Her companion, equally bombproof, nearly killed me running backwards up the road, being chased by a dead hydranger head!

Only if your horse isn't scared of things you would expect to be e.g. bikes, prams and umbrellas!

Edited to add my horse is very wary of joggers out on a hack (but people walking are fine

) and also he was scared of a weave grill that was up in the stable at the vets on our last visit

My mare hates donkeys. She also once stood on a dead rabbit and went straight up in the air like a Harrier jump jet - all 4 legs off the ground!!!

My old boy didn't like people in convertible cars.

My gelding is scared of absolutely everything!
