Most tack shops should have it, it's sticky red stuff in a small tin. It's about £3, and it also protects against mould and mildew. Use it quite sparingly though as otherwise it'll make your tack very sticky! http://www.toklat.com/CDM/ProdLC_ko_cho.htm
Ko-Cho-Line leather dressing is very good on mouldy tack. I found some really disgusting tack at the back of my tack room a few months ago. After really cleaning the mould off it in in some warm water and a tiny drop of Fairy, I put some Ko-Cho-Line leather dressing on it and left to soak in for a couple of weeks. I buffed the tack up a couple of weeks later and it looks absolutely fabulous now!

Firstly, clean it with saddle soap, then apply some Ko-Cho-Line leather dressing

if you put saddle soap on first it will not let the leather soak up the leather food.
saddle soap is not for washing,it is for waterproofing the leather.(misleading)
