After years of having a pony who would not clip (god bless you Fly) I spent spring up to my knees in hair

Ralph is a godsend to clip, he stands in his box, no headcollar and goes to sleep and the whole lot usually comes off.

Thanks to the prat who caused my accident last July, Ralph is only being ridden twice a week by my fabulous instructor and gets lunged and hacked out a few times a week, so, I only did an adapted clip on him, which means he has most of his back end on.......

So, now I'm up to my knees in hair again

D'oh..........

I am not looking forwards to Ed maulting, the whole yard gets covered in white hair because he grows such a thick coat I am suprised he gets rid of it all.

i come away with hair in my mouth up my nose stuck all over the place including the car (can't say mum is that pleased at this time of year:) ) i was going to get someone to clip her (she has never been clipped) but the weather has gone a bit barmy so i am back to doing it manually

well,i`m just waiting for it to warm up a little(cant get any worse)then i will clip them all out and replace with a light rug,as i do every year.
