Moulting!!! :)

My horse has started moulting. His long white tufts are floating about and sticking to everything in sight! However this is always a good sign as it means spring is on the way!!! Hooray!!!

(Best not put winter rugs away yet tho!)

My 2 have had coat pouring for 2 weeks now
Managed to get bigger one to ease back by leaving her without a rug for a few hours in daytime - and putting a lighter weight rug on overnight.

That said - I put them back out on Weds night after they had come in for tea & brush/rug change - and havent brought them back in at night since except for brush/feed etc, tho I meant to tonight (methinks I'm daft, as its going to be a right pain getting them sorted out before work tomorrow at 6am in the dark )

Yup Dixie is moulting now - I left there covered in hair! Spring definitely round the corner - I left Tesco at ten to five today and it was still light
