thinking about entering on day ticket -intro, does anyone have any images or what xc and showjumping like????
Want to know if good first time event young green horse???
or should i leave until next season??
sj is weekest phase

Not seen the Intro course but the PN and N was always up to height and very straightforward would say an ideal first one.

The SJ is usually tough as they have in the Wales and West main arena which gives the horses quite a lot to look at.

i've heard that ths showjumps are usually well up to height there! (not surprising, since it's david broome's place haha)
but the intro course is new this year so don't know what to expect really.
dressage is in the sand arena i think..

i'm hopefully going if i'm mended in time!

See I think MB is a genius course for some reason people have terrible problems on the xc as they do not ride properly. Its not complicated but it has fences up hill and off corners so people have a lots of stupid 20s for not keeping their leg on. You need to ride strongly round it and you will be fine. Intro is new this year. Dressage is in the massie outdoor arena and its a pain for spooky horses as so much to look at! Why not go to Broadway that is a super first time course for any level?

If SJ is worst phase definitely go to Broadway as always very very nice! I am the worst SJ ever and I did not feel to windy doing it.

ooooooooooooooo didn't think broadway-love course.......... but just realised that i'll be autumn hunting fingers crossed
