mountain horse hi riders

Ive got the Richmonds, love them :D and Id say they were generous foot wise but true width and height wise. Im a size 6 and bought the 39.
 
Ive got the mountain horse sportive high rider II, and I absolutely love them. I wear them every day to do everything in . ..... on and off the horse. through winter and summer. My first pair lasted 2 years. They only got polish on them twice for a show, and they always came up a treat. I recently got another pair. I`ve been told they will be discontinued soon, so planning on getting a 3rd pair for future use!

I got the sportive, rather than standard high rider, because the soles are thinner and less clumpy - so i can also use them for shows.
 
Yes they are a generous fit. They are euro sizes. Mine are 40. I take a 6 1/2 in shoes. I got the 40s which are more like 7s so I can fit a pair of thick socks inside! The 39s fit me perfectly but not with a thick pair of socks on, so I got the bigger pair. SO far mine have been excellent, very warm through the winter. 40 should fit you fine as a size 7.

Sprite - I couldn't work out the difference between the normal ones and the sportive. I think i want the chunkier sole so that info helps too. cheers x
Off now to look at the richmonds.....ooh they are lovely but a bit too posh for everyday.

Ive got a pair, i take a size 7 always but the 7 1/2 fits me perfect. They are great though really suportive, and although chunky i find them light to work in to. I work with horses and use them for everything i do look after them but at nearly a year they are still in good enough condidtion to wear at a show. o would defo reccomend buying some.:)
 
so you reckon the bigger ones then. hmm at least i would be able to wear thicker socks.
went to tack shop to see if they had them but they didn't have either size so i was just going to get them on-line. x
