Has anyone seen them in the flesh, or got some?!! I really like the look of them but as of yet havent seen them in the flesh as nowhere seems to have them in stock!!!! Tried on the Richmonds yesterday and they were lovely, but would like to see the "classic" one before making a descision as they are a little bit taller and I need the length

I have them, they're a good length and look smart, the only thing I dislike is the fairly chunky zip, but to be honest once mounted you can't see it, the elastic insets are nice too, in the summer my legs swell up randomly so boots were either too tight or too loose these fit well and have a bit of give.

I've wanted a pair of Richmonds for ages but a certain online shop (see post about same topic, same company below) caouldn't get them in stock. I ended up getting Ariat Bromonts which are fab and would def recommend - I need the height too and the Bromonts are fab!

My daughters elastic came unstitched and they exchanged them for new ones but the new ones are made differently [maybe because of the problem we had] and the new ones are tighter, she is going to loose weight [heard that before]
They also used to rub her heel really badly, she has not worn the new ones yet so don't know if it will happen again,

I love Mountain Horse products!

I dont know about the High Rider boot but I bought the High Calibre's & absolutley love them!

They are new out, and are selling in Derby House and Rideaway and look more traditional and I want some smart comp boots.

Has anyone got any pics of them wearing the Richmond boots please?!!

I had the impression (I might be wrong though...) that the laced High Calibre boots and the Richmonds were exactly the same boots but Mountain Horse had just given them a pretty new name

I would say so, yes. I use mine for every day riding rather than chaps, they're easy to get into etc. But if you're lazy like me and don't polish them very often, mine have gone a green tinge

!! I just spray saddle soap on them. Had them 2 years now, I like a lot. I think I have a pic, i'll PM it to you
