Mounting when hacking?

I was indeed referring more to manners than height differences, but I am a little concerned as just how many people hack out on huge horses they wouldn't be able to remount if they couldn't find a verge, gate, fence... Okay, realistically, even those with huge horses don't have a problem, but what about manners?

I'd never hack out on a horse I couldn't remount for manners. I guess as much because a horse no manners won't lead too nicely either!
