Anyone else's horses in a strop due to the rain?

Was poo-picking field and went to scratch foalies bum. She turned it on me & kicked out. So I threw the feed bucket at her.

I then approached her again and she did the same thing. So did I.

After that she ran off & flatly REFUSED to come near me

I spent 15 minutes trying to coax her round but nothing doing. Eventually she cantered off for a proper sulk in the field shelter.

Silly bean. The feed bucket did bounce nicely off her bottom though

Yes, my boys are a bit grumpy and there are 'hoon marks' all over the field where they have been play-fighting..

Haha!! My girl was being a grumpy sod and wouldn't stand still in the yard. I lost my rag and thew my sweat scraper (brand new, surprised it didn't break knowing my luck when it hit the floor) at her. Sadly it missed, but there was a very shocked looking security gaurd staring at me hahahahahaha!!!! I do love mouse tho, she's stunning! Are you keeping her?

ours are more mischievous as yesterday morning I went to check them and it was peeing it down

thought Pidge might be cold as had no rug on, so checked them over gave each a carrot and went to go out the field and they were off! Sunny and Pidge cantering up and down the field, Pidge trying to grab Sunny's long hairs on his hindquarters, both playing jack in the box with Pidge ending up standing vertical. I love seeing them playing like this but had to go as had to get work and I was getting soaked. So much for worrying Pidge wasn't warm enough
