Mouth ulcers

Anybody experince of mouth ulcers on horses tongue , treatment? Thanks

When our pony had mouth ulcers the vet (also our dentist) just gave his teeth a good filing and told us to leave his mouth to heal for at least a week so the bit doesn’t rub the top off them. He also gave 5 days of Bute to help with making him comfortable when eating

Yeah I vaguely remember the same. A new horse who I got a dentist out to had mouth ulcers, they just healed with a bit of time off and having his terrible teeth fixed
