Moving help

At the end of the month we need to move 2 x 2yr olds to another yard. Neither have travelled before (since 6 months when we moved them there) and due to a lack of facilities, neither have been taught to tie or been stabled.
Oz is 14.2 arab x, Jake is 15.3 Knabstrupper.

Whats the best/safest way to do this? help
