Moving to Northamptonshire

So after my last thread about relocating we are in the process of buying a property on the Northants/Bucks/Ox border. It is just north of Brackley and wondered if anyone was from the area? We will be looking for 2 livery spaces from the end of November. Very excited but rather scared!

I'm in north Bucks, keep my pony at livery in Silverstone (I have horse power in Silverstone, ha ha).

You have chosen a fantastic apart of the country for competition venues if that is your thing. If you are looking to join a riding club look no further than Crown. It's a young club but they won the H&H Riding Club Awards last year and are in the final again this year. Lots going on, camps, clinics, training with some fantastic people and most of all it's inclusive, encouraging and friendly.

ooh I'm in Northampton too. We are in one of the best places in the country for fabulous venues - nearby is Moulton, Keysoe, Addington, Bury Farm, Cherwell Valley, Abbey Farm and that's literally a fraction of them. Not sure about livery in your area (we are more towards Towcester) but good luck with the move and maybe see you at some shows in the future!

Another one in Northampton. I really like it here. Its a very horsey part of the world. I'm MK side of Northampton itself, so not quite the area you are going to, but not a million miles away.

Im a bit further south near Buckingham *waves* its very horsey round here and as said above there are loads of great competition venues. Good luck finding a livery and with the move.

I am not far from where you are heading - you will be well placed horse-wise. Loads of competition venues as others have said, and second what LLA says - I have only heard lovely things about CROWN (am thinking to join my two kids when they are old enough).
