Moving yards and living out

Hello, I am moving yards at the end of the month and if you read my "am I mad" post then yes I am also picking up my new girl ( a 12.2 NF companion for my mare) the same day.
My horse has been used to being out all day and in at night, she has been in this same routine and at the same yard for 4 years.
At the new yard I get my own big field with trees and an over hang on a storage that they can use for shelter. My question is do horses cope ok in the transition from living out/in to living out 365 days per year?
I wont have a stable at all btw but if she really doesn't suit the living outl lifestyle then there is one that I can rent for an extra £10 per week. There is also pens that I can use so I can bring both in ride one and leave the other in the pen with hay.

My horse used to be in at night. Some mornings I had trouble getting him out because he loved his stable so much. However where I keep him now he lives out 24/7. Must admit he loves it.
It's been better for his mobility, breathing and as long as he has shelter for when the weather is bad, he's fine.
The transition never seemed to bother him. It's so nice not having to get up so early on a weekend because I felt guilty about how many hours he had been in.

SallySmith - the grazing is good alot better than what she is on now, the ground is totally covered everywhere but the gate by grass but it is short and of normal nutritional value, but I will still suppliment it with hay overnight.
 
I think that they adapt very well to it.
My mare lived out all year round for the first 10 yrs or so of her life.
Then when I went to livery she went to being stabled more of the time than not.
And now she pretty much lives out again and has coped absolutely fine.
I have found as long as she has food she does not care
