I've been at the same yard for years and i have just bought my pony after having him on loan for just over a year
on tuesday we are moving yards, i have never had to move a horse to a new yard so its all new to me. ive got his bedding coming tomorrow & will put his bed down then so it is all ready & have got all my tools, buckets etc & is all at the yard already just need to organise it!
all i have to get now is his bag of feed & hay (they normally deliver it the next day but if they cant my friend is letting me use some of hers if i need it) but hopefully ours will be delivered on tuesday
ernoon/ evening
any tips you can give me? we will be moving him late aft/evening so he will go in his stable & then will turn him out in the field the next morning (he might be able to go in a field on his own so he can settle in, but if not he will be in with my friends gelding& 2 mares- he has always been in a mixed herd so think that will be ok).
thanks
