MRI scan results

Hi everyone, can I just ask those of you who’ve had experience of these scans, how long do you usually have to wait to get the results from your vet please? Tia

I think the vet rang me the same day with the results.

I had mine done at Oakham vets, not my normal practise. I was given a fairly detailed explanation when I collected my horse on the same day. The written report was about a week later but they had already telephoned my own vet so that we could proceed with treatment.

Mine were about a week as they needed to go to a specialist.

Mine had an MRI at Newmarket Equine Hospital and they rang me with the results the same day.

This for mine too, although the practise rang and gave a loose outline of the findings on the day pending further detail.
