hi anyone else sick of winter already? Just wanting opinions on whether muck boots or mountain horse rimfrosts are warmer for my cold tootsies i really suffer from cold feet in winter and can,t decide which to get

Totally and utterly sick and tired of the mud, wind and rain already and the snows not even here yet

Had 2 pairs of muckboots which cracked at the heels and let water in so not great! (1st pair was replaced by them and exactly the same happened to the 2nd which I treated very carefully. The same has happened to 2 of my friends) So I now have a pair of Rimforsts which keeps me nice and warm, but I can't wade through deep puddles/mud! But at least they're not falling apart!

Muck boots every time! I am on my second pair and have absolutely no complaints about them: they are warm, comfortable and totally waterproof.

Vote for Muckboots/Tynes here, pretty cold now but my feet are always lovely and warm with just a thin pair of socks on.
Never had, or even seen, Rimfrosts so can't really comment on them.

i just bought some rimfrosts on ebay from america - the paddock ones not long ones. for about 45 quid.

they are quite clumpy but seem hard wearing, very comfy and got great grip. its not too cold yet so i havent really tested their warmth factor, i dont think they will be great but i never found muck boots that fantastic either.

if it snows or gets icy at our yard it gets really slippy on our yard, and muck boots are just plain dangerous if they have the rubbery/plasticy sole, these rimfrosts are heavy duty and got great grip so my vote goes to them just for the fact im confident im going to stay upright this winter!!
